Questions

Is the diagnostic really free?

Yes — completely. No card details, no trial that auto-converts. Your child completes the full 24-question assessment across all four papers, and you get the readiness score, subject breakdown, and personalised plan at no cost.

What do I actually get for £199/year?

Unlimited adaptive practice sessions in all four subjects, the full personalised learning plan (1-year, or an 8-week emergency plan if the exam is close), the AI Tutor (a locked ask-anything section plus a tutor on every practice question), progress tracking and the weekly dashboard, and the bird collection. The diagnostic, readiness score, and initial plan stay free either way.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing auto-escalates or locks you into a longer term.

Does one subscription cover more than one child?

Yes — £199/year covers every child on your account, not per-child.

How is this different from a tutor?

It's not a replacement for one-to-one tuition — it's adaptive daily practice between sessions (or instead of, if that's not in budget), built by someone who actually tutors the 11+, so the plan and question style are grounded in what real exams ask.

What exam boards/formats does this cover?

GL Assessment, CEM/Durham-style reasoning, and independent-school own-paper style questions, across Maths, English, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning.
